- The security that protects people at court houses is almost worthless too! Court house security also needs to be 'corrected' to protect everyone. I suggest the investigators check courthouses that screen people entering.

- Are you talking about non-violent or white collar criminals?It looks to me that those types of criminals are already running and working for the Government of California. Putting violent criminals where they can escape or smuggle isn't smart either.

- I see a moderator TYLER has moderated this article. I know of several postings that were removed without him or newsvine leaving a 'deleted' note where it was removed. I wonder why my comment and the responses to my comment were removed, without leaving a note for all to see.

- Prop 8 PASSED DUE TO BALLOT BOX STUFFING! (people voting 2 or more times.) AND churches ILLEGALLY promoting yes on 8. California Churches violated election laws by using tax exempt donations to PROMOTE their view on the proposition.

- Your comment is a good suggestion, the only problem with it is the courts would have taken the child and put him in 'protective custody' for his 'own good'.

- Drs kill more people than guns do, the doctors do NOT know best, I'm a nurse and know they are not GOD, and should not be treated as GOD.
